All artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched from Dorset, United Kingdom.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your piece is on its way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location:

  • United Kingdom – Free on orders over £50, £5.99 under

  • European Union – Flat rate

  • International – Flat rate

Every artwork is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Gilt Atelier is not able to estimate or cover these costs.
