Cancellation policy

Letters From The Atelier is offered as a monthly subscription.

When you purchase a membership, you will be charged £12 per month and will receive a new edition of the letter and fine art print each month.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time. To ensure your cancellation applies to the next edition, please cancel before the 20th of the month, as letters begin to be prepared and packaged for posting after this date.

If a cancellation is made after the 20th, the current month’s edition may still be processed and shipped.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.
